Join us at Skyline Restaurant for a special evening of food, wine and storytelling as we welcome the team from Tin Shed Wines for a one-night-only dinner event.
Enjoy a beautifully crafted four-course menu, beginning with a delicious scallop dish and ending with a rich dark chocolate brownie. Each dish perfectly paired with wines from the Tin Shed collection.
Guests will be hosted by winemaker and chef Pete Clarke, alongside Tin Shed owners Claire Doughty and Dan Killey, who will take you through the pairings and share the stories behind each drop.
This exclusive dinner will also offer a first taste of Tin Shed’s just-released 2025 Riesling and 2025 Rosé — two exciting new vintages making their debut on the night.
