Adelaide Fringe 2026 brings another great performance from the ever so popular Dinner with the Stars. Be sure not to miss this Fringe Show and book now!!

Join us on Saturday 28th February 2026 for superb food and sensational views from the roof top in our Skyline Events Centre. We have sourced the greatest local musical talent and combined it with a delicious 3 course menu from our Executive Chef, who brings fresh local produce together with great local wines to create an evening not to be missed.

Meet and mingle with the stars of Show Biz like Neil Diamond, Tina Turner, and The Beatles. This spectacular and dynamic show is presented by the award-winning Pulse band. The line-up features three main vocalists Dani Jerkic, Tony Genovese and Nigel Jackson, paying tribute to the legends of the music industry. Stunning costume changes are included with lots of opportunities for everyone to sing a long and ride the wave of music nostalgia.

Parking


Diners may utilize the car parking facilities at the Rydges Hotel (subject to availability). Enter off south Terrace - $15/night. South Terrace also has free on street parking in the evenings.
